Embedded.az uses only necessary and functional cookies — there are no advertising trackers, marketing pixels or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). The mobile app does not use browser cookies; it uses local storage on your device instead.
What the mobile app stores
- The app stores the following only on your device:
- A session token so you stay signed in (in encrypted storage);
- Language and theme choice;
- An anonymous cart identifier so you can build a cart before signing in;
- A cache of contact details, categories and site content, so they can be shown offline;
- An image cache;
- Flags so one-time dialogs (update banner, announcement, notification-permission prompt) are not shown again.
- This data is excluded from the device's cloud backup and is not shared with other apps.
Cookies used on the website
- If you open embedded.az in a browser, the following cookies are used:
- __Secure-better-auth.session_token — sign-in session (necessary, 30 days);
- embedded_cookie_consent — your cookie-consent choice (necessary, 1 year);
- embedded_locale — language choice (necessary, 1 year);
- embedded_vid — anonymous visitor identifier to avoid double counting (functional, 1 year);
- shop_cart_id — anonymous cart identifier (necessary, session);
- rewards_referrer — referral code (functional, 24 hours);
- __cf_bm, cf_clearance — Cloudflare bot protection (security, 30 min – 1 year).
- shop:recently-viewed — IDs of recently viewed products, in the browser's local storage (not a cookie, stays only in your browser);
Third-party tracking
- Neither the website nor the app uses third-party advertising or tracking tools. Firebase is used only for push notifications and crash reports, MapTiler only for map imagery (see the Privacy Policy).
Managing it
- You can remove the data stored by the app by uninstalling it or clearing the app's data in the device settings. In a browser you can delete or block cookies in the browser settings — but this may disable core features such as the account and the cart.
