How much is diagnostics and how long does it take?

Standard diagnostics take 24 hours. If you approve the repair, diagnostics are free. If you decline, the diagnostics fee is 15 AZN (may be higher for complex devices — communicated in advance).

How can I ship the device from other regions?

Accepted Answer

For customers outside Baku, we accept devices via Bravo Express, Baku Post, or 'Yurddaş' delivery. Device must be well-packaged. We ship back through the same services (shipping cost is the customer's responsibility).

Do you repair devices when spare parts are unavailable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in most cases we can find alternative components or salvage from donor boards. In rare cases where a BGA chip or specific IC is unavailable, we inform you in advance.

Is schematic reverse engineering possible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For devices without service manuals, we reconstruct schematics using multimeter, oscilloscope, and microscope. This process takes additional time (usually 2–5 days) and is billed separately.

How much does BGA reballing cost and what's the success rate?

Accepted Answer

GPU/CPU reballing ranges from 150–400 AZN (depending on chip type and complexity). Success rate is 85–95% if the chip itself doesn't have a dead micro-short. We assess the exact condition during diagnostics.

Do you repair water-damaged devices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the first 24 hours are critical — DO NOT power on the device. Bring it quickly. With ultrasonic cleaning, corrosion removal, and damaged component replacement, restoration is often possible.
