Repair of cryolipolysis (fat freezing) units: will not reach temperature, compressor does not start, no vacuum, applicator errors. Work on the compressor control circuit, temperature sensor, vacuum pump and control board.
Sometimes restoration is not possible: the chip is discontinued and no spare can be sourced, no donor board is available, the board is severely damaged by fire or liquid, or earlier repair attempts have left it beyond recovery. In such cases we explain the situation plainly and, where possible, suggest an alternative.
On a cryolipolysis unit the temperature is the whole point — if the device runs but never reaches the set degree, the treatment is pointless. So we start diagnostics at the cooling circuit: coolant level, the compressor control circuit and the reading of the temperature sensor.
The second large group of faults concerns the vacuum. When the applicator will not draw and hold the skin, the culprit is usually the vacuum pump valves, an air leak, or the pump control board. The applicator's own cable and sensor line also break often, because they bend continuously in use.
For a salon a stopped device is a direct loss, so we diagnose quickly and tell you early whether a repair is realistic. If the device cannot be restored, only the diagnostic fee is charged.
Diagnostics is paid work — 10–50 AZN depending on the complexity of the board. If you have us carry out the repair, that amount is deducted from the final price. An exact repair price is given only after diagnostics and is agreed with you before any work starts.
