Repair of autoclaves and dry-heat sterilisers: will not hold pressure, the cycle stops halfway, the heater is dead, the door will not lock. Work on the pressure sensor, heater control circuit, door microswitch and control board.
Sometimes restoration is not possible: the chip is discontinued and no spare can be sourced, no donor board is available, the board is severely damaged by fire or liquid, or earlier repair attempts have left it beyond recovery. In such cases we explain the situation plainly and, where possible, suggest an alternative.
The complaint heard most often about autoclaves is "it will not hold pressure, the cycle stops halfway". The cause is not always mechanical: the pressure sensor, the door interlock microswitch and the heater control circuit all lead to the same symptom. So during diagnostics we separate the electronics from the mechanics and show exactly which is at fault.
The control board, temperature and pressure sensors, valve control and heater relay group are our area, and we restore them at component level. A purely mechanical fault such as a worn seal is a separate matter — we point that out during diagnostics too, so the same problem does not return as soon as the device is back in service.
Autoclaves are used both in medical facilities and in beauty salons. In either case a stopped device stops the work, so we diagnose quickly, and where a spare part is needed we give the expected wait before the order is placed.
Diagnostics is paid work — 10–50 AZN depending on the complexity of the board. If you have us carry out the repair, that amount is deducted from the final price. An exact repair price is given only after diagnostics and is agreed with you before any work starts.
More about the diagnostic feeMessage us on WhatsApp or Telegram with the BRAND and MODEL of the device and describe the fault in as much detail as you can. A VIDEO helps most: record the fault and explain in your own words what happens. Also send clear photos of the device and, if accessible, of the circuit board from several angles. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate our answer.
