Repair of ultrasound (USG) scanners: image loss, banding on screen, device will not start, no contact at the probe socket. Component-level work on the power supply, control board, probe connector and display, with calibration afterwards.
Sometimes restoration is not possible: the chip is discontinued and no spare can be sourced, no donor board is available, the board is severely damaged by fire or liquid, or earlier repair attempts have left it beyond recovery. In such cases we explain the situation plainly and, where possible, suggest an alternative.
On an ultrasound scanner a fault comes from one of two places: the machine itself or the probe. Telling them apart is the first step of diagnostics, because the price and the solution are entirely different. Banding, image loss or an unstable picture most often lies in the probe connector or in the probe-path board.
Within the machine itself, the power supply, control board, display and touch-screen ribbon give the most trouble. Rather than swapping these as modules, we restore them at component level — several times cheaper than ordering a module from the manufacturer, and much quicker.
On a medical device measurement accuracy matters as much as the repair, so sensor and module calibration is carried out afterwards. If a formal metrology certificate is required, please say so in advance.
Diagnostics is paid work — 10–50 AZN depending on the complexity of the board. If you have us carry out the repair, that amount is deducted from the final price. An exact repair price is given only after diagnostics and is agreed with you before any work starts.
More about the diagnostic feeMessage us on WhatsApp or Telegram with the BRAND and MODEL of the device and describe the fault in as much detail as you can. A VIDEO helps most: record the fault and explain in your own words what happens. Also send clear photos of the device and, if accessible, of the circuit board from several angles. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate our answer.
