AI chatbot market in Azerbaijan
ChatGPT continues to hold the leading position among AI-based chatbots in Azerbaijan. Based on Global Stats data, calculations show that in September 2026 ChatGPT’s share in the local AI chatbot market reached 86.3%. This is an increase of 2.69 percentage points compared to the previous month.
Competing services have noticeably smaller shares. Over the same period:
- Google Gemini usage decreased by 1.17 percentage points to 10.28%;
- Perplexity reached 2.34%;
- Claude – 0.83%;
- Microsoft Copilot – 0.24%.
Thus, ChatGPT keeps a clear lead in Azerbaijan’s AI chatbot market, staying far ahead of its closest rivals.
GPT-6 and Intelligent UI
OpenAI has started the global rollout of the GPT-6 model inside ChatGPT. The new model is equipped with an Intelligent UI feature. Thanks to this capability, ChatGPT:
- is not limited to plain text answers;
- can create interactive interfaces directly inside the chat.
Replies can include interactive charts, buttons and forms, diagrams, calculators and other interactive elements. OpenAI states that GPT-6 can independently choose the most suitable answer format depending on the task: for example, an interactive diagram for explaining a complex topic, or a calculator for computations.
New visual ad format in ChatGPT
OpenAI has also announced a new visual advertising format in ChatGPT. Starting from the end of October, the company plans to test it first in the United States for Free and Go users. OpenAI emphasizes that the ads will be shown separately from the generated image and will not affect ChatGPT’s answers.
