The HPMicro HPM5100 MCU series features a 480 MHz RISC-V core with 416 KB SRAM and 1 MB flash memory. It integrates analog peripherals including 16-bit ADCs.
The series also includes USB 2.0 OTG, CAN FD, and 32 PWM channels for motor control, combining analog functions and communication interfaces in a single MCU family.
